Celine Myers Bio

Celine began riding horses at the age of six in Chantilly, France – the horse capital of France, just outside of Paris. Celine’s early training and love for horses is how she acquired her excellent hard work ethic…which has given her the ability to ride and train all types and disciplines of horses.

She grew up showing in the jumper division as well as dressage, eventing and vaulting.

She has an extensive background in Dressage and Jumpers, and educates her student’s about the importance of good horsemanship. She is certified from the American Riding Instructor Association (ARIA) level 2 jumper and level 1 dressage.

She trains and competes in all levels of competitions, from Baby Green hunter to Grand Prix jumper.

Celine moved to Dallas, Texas in 1999 and worked for Las Colinas Equestrian Center as an instructor and head trainer. She has ridden with George Morris, Dale Pederson, and made frequent trips to Belgium to train with Jos Kumps, one of the finest trainers in the world. Kumps trained both the Olympic champion, Rodrigo Pessoa of Brazil and World Champion, Dermott Lennon of Ireland.

She and her team of riders compete mostly around Texas but do travel all around the US all year long as far as California, Kentucky and Florida.

Her team has had many champions results at all those shows and many THJA year end awards. Among those, team gold medal and bronze individual medal for pony jumper 2009.
